Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans & Trials

Parallel Quintillion Coders offers various subscription plans and, in some cases, trial periods. If you cancel your subscription during a free trial period, you will not be billed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Unless specifically required by applicable law, subscription fees, one-time fees, and setup fees are non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as cases of proven billing errors or prolonged, severe service outages. Such refunds are granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, contact us at help@parallelquintillioncoders.com within 7 days of the charge.

4. Payment Gateways

Please note that any transaction fees charged by third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay) are strictly non-refundable.
