2. How to Request Deletion

To request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data, you can contact us at help@parallelquintillioncoders.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

3. Data Retention and Backups

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your personal data from our primary databases immediately. However, it may take up to 90 days to completely erase your data from our encrypted backups.

4. Exceptions

We may retain certain data if required by law (e.g., tax or financial transaction records for paid plans), to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.
